Official Applications
The official applications are now available in PDF format.
There are several pages of introduction and information, which will answer most of the basic questions. Only the actual application page(s) needs to be returned to us.
Please select carefully from the list below to get the file you need. If you want applications for two people, choose that option (for three or more people, you can print extra copies of the appliction page(s)). Note that each person must complete a separate application.
Those pursuing the New England lists may also want to get the directions for climbing Mount Redington.
These files are designed under the assumption that (unfortunately) most people will be doing single-sided printing. If you are able to do double-sided printing, please see the notes below.

If you are able to do double-sided printing, be careful that each application appears on a separate piece of paper. The suggested procedure is to print pages 1-5 double-sided. Print all of the application pages in single-side mode and then resume double-sided printing with the next page after all of the applications. If demand seems high enough, we may develop versions that are compatible with double-sided printing.
